All orders are subject to availability and will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the online purchase form.
On every order, the customer will receive a confirmation email of the product code, color and size. This email is to confirm that the order is received and is in process.
At times, the product may not be available in stock but might be present at the warehouse or is in production, in such a case the customer will be informed via email of the availability and time needed to bring the product to the customers’ location. Alternatively, the customers’ may simply choose to register their email address for notification on arrival of the selected merchandise that is not held in stock.
All products are passed through the quality check measures set by the QA team of Carlo Sacchi. We maybe unable to deliver a selected item if our team is not satisfied with the quality, in such a case you will be informed via email about any delay or cancellation of your order.
If the payment has been made by the customer and the product goes out of stock, the customer will be contacted via email about the future availability of the required product, in such case where we no longer are making the product or will not be able to deliver it in the near future, full payment will be refunded in your account.
All transactions will be recorded and stored for up to one year.
