You have the right to cancel your order without any reason within 14 days.
Cancellation of your order will only be accepted via email or through cancellation form on our website.
The amount of the product/s that are cancelled by you will be reimbursed within 14 days using the same mode of payment used by you for the initial transaction.
In such case where we have sent the product/s and you have cancelled your order, we will reimburse the amount once we have received the products back.
All product/s will be returned to Leathers B.V. Albert Cuypstraat 254-D, 1073 BP Amsterdam, The Netherlands, within 14 days of cancellation of the order.
In such a case where you would want us to acquire the products back, you will have to bear the cost of returning it.
RETURN POLICY
All items that are returned should be unused not soiled and should have the garment tags attached in order to allow easy identification and further processing of the products.
All returned items should include the authenticity cards or any other tags which were originally sent. You can also send us an email if any product arrives without Carlo Sacchi tags.
Any returned product that is damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. The refunded amount will also be refused by Carlo Sacchi.
